The Adult Intensive Team (AIT) works within the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program in Danvers, MA providing group treatment to its persons served. The AIT Team Manager will administratively oversee this teams staff, consisting of up to 5 FTE CBHC Clinicians. AIT runs a structured group treatment program M-F 9-5p.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative and clinical functions of team and oversight of services for all clients
Monitor overall service delivery and utilization of supports for entire client census
Direct/manage billing, utilization management, deployment of staff, team resources, and overall CBHC services
Ensure that the client/family is at the center of all care and that all interventions are developed and provided in a manner consistent with Person preferences
Provide leadership, support and clinical guidance to all staff supervised in accordance with CBHC policies and procedures
Provide clinical guidance and leadership to supervisees supervise other staff members
Ensure all staff use sound clinical judgment and using skills to effectively respond to client needs
Ensure team leadership is providing supervision that focuses on side by side interventions to individuals that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement. Ensure services are delivered where clients are located
Direct and manage staff completing NOMS assessments as assigned and manage NOMS assignments, assessments, and documentation required for CBHC
Manage the team and individuals in providing on-going assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions
Manage/direct the development of treatment plans for the entire team
Qualifications:
Must possess a current Massachusetts clinical license including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LRC, LADCI, RN, PA, APRN, MD, or Licensed Psychologist.
Must have strong clinical skills
5 years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses
Must have at least 2 years of experience providing supervision in a mental health setting
Must demonstrate advocacy, communication skills and planning/facilitating groups.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Location: On-site in Danvers, MA
Salary: Starting at $90,000.
