Emerson Hospital Speech Therapist - Home Care in Concord, Massachusetts
Job Summary Reporting to the Rehabilitation Supervisor, Home Care, this position provides evaluation, development of individualized care planning, instruction to patient /family, and direct Speech-Language services in the home setting.
Minimum Qualifications Education Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Experience At least one year prior Acute or Rehab experience is required.
Licensure and/or Certification MA SLP license, BLS for the healthcare provider.
