Rates: We offer competitive wages at $29/hr, PLUS shift-differentials!!

The Gardens is seeking an experienced Limited Medication Administration (LMA) Nurse to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS & LICENSE REQUREMENTS;
Must be licensed in state of Massachusetts and is current with experience and knowledge of aging, and dementia
Oversees resident care and services including medication administration, obtaining resident vital signs, and reporting any changes in condition
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all personnel; possesses qualities of integrity, compassion, empathy and is able to communicate effectively with residents and their families
Ability to work independently; ability to make appropriate decisions quickly during times of an emergency
