The Eliot Center in Concord is seeking a motivated & experienced Clinical Coordinator for our outpatient mental health & substance use clinic that provides an array of services to individuals across the life span. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for triaging referrals, assigning cases, providing crisis intervention and on-going treatment services; as well as consultation & supervision.
Knowledge of various insurance regulations, as well as a demonstrated expertise working with clients across the diagnostic spectrum. Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team and maintain collaborative relationships with Clinic staff, outside agencies, and other providers. Excellent written and organizational skills. Working knowledge of area resources/providers/quality assurance platforms/utilization & review methodologies are a plus. Responsibilities:
Provide intake coverage, including telephone screening, face-to-face evaluations, crisis intervention, and resource & referral information.
Maintain effective collaborative relationships with staff in order to assign cases, ensure good communication for the coordination of clinical services and office operations.
Provide diagnostic evaluation and treatment services to clients utilizing various evidenced based interventions which best address specific problem areas; displays good judgment; and in collaboration with clients, formulates & implements focused treatment plans.
Maintain a caseload that meets Clinic productivity expectations.
Provide appropriate and on-going documentation.
Participate in Multi-disciplinary Case Review and Utilization process.
Provide clinical supervision to staff and interns as assigned.
Provide staff orientation and training to program requirements, policies and procedures.
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
