TEKsystems Call Center Representative in Chelmsford, Massachusetts

Job Description: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling approximately 75 calls per day and processing around 100 orders daily. You will manage orders received via phone, fax, and email, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding orders, including order status, shipment tracking, and issue resolution (e.g., incorrect color shipped)

  • Process orders to cash, POD (Proof of Delivery), and BOD (Bill of Delivery) in relation to customer orders

  • Utilize ERP software for order entry and management

  • Track and monitor order status, providing updates to customers as needed

  • Resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently

  • Generate new orders and respond to general product inquiries

  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the medical device industry

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus

Details:

  • Pay: $24/hr.

  • Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8.5 hour shift within the hours of operation (8:00am – 6:00pm EST)

  • Onsite position located in Chelmsford, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
