Posting TitleClinical Operations Associate
The Clinical Operations Associate performs a variety of reporting, data entry and administrative support for the Clinical Operations Department. This position will involve interface with primary care teams and CCA contracted vendors.
Input and maintain a variety of data bases and spreadsheets
Participate in data collection for reporting purposes
Entering Inpatient data; ensuring admission and discharge dates are accurate and entered timely
Performs a QC of data on the MDS and enters the MDS data into Mass Health online.
Creation/distribution of reports – Interface with Primary Care Locations
Creation /distribution of letters to vendors
Assists with resolving Personal Care Attendant issues
Assist with trainings and presentations
Support special program staff with administrative needs
Offer recommendations for improvements in office practices and process flow as identified
Sorting and organizing information
Photocopying, filing and shredding
May provide support to other departments, as needed
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
Ability to type 40+ WPM
Ability to problem solve and be proactive
Ability to complete tasks in an organized fashion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
