You will join a dynamic team of product owners, scrum masters and data scientists committed to driving strategic digital priorities in Global R&D. This leadership role involves developing digital product strategies, ensuring successful delivery through Agile methodologies, and measuring business impact.

As a Digital R&D Intern, you will leverage modern technology, agile methodologies, and effective communication to contribute to the evolution of research practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Digital R&D team to plan, implement, and maintain innovative in silico and CMC products.

• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of tailored automation solutions.

• Participate in agile ways of working, contributing to sprint planning, and ensuring timely project delivery.

• Gain on the job experience working with scrum masters and product owners, as well as close working relationship with bench scientists at Sanofi.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of AI/ML products focused on accelerating CMC processes.

About You

*Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship*

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or other relevant STEM discipline at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete yourcurrent degreeby the Spring of 2027

• Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi

• Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship

• Must have permanent US work authorization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work well independently and within a team.

• Strong interest in project management and product ownership.

• Experience or interest in working within a complex and/or international environment.

• Critical thinking – ability and desire to challenge the status quo.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong time management, technical aptitude, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated leadership experience strongly preferred, on or off campus. (Student club, sports team, community/volunteer, etc.).

• Flexible – Open to new challenges.
