CHA requires all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19. Individuals may request exemption from the vaccine requirement for medical or religious reasons. $10k Sign-On Bonus (pro-rated for part time employees) for newly hired experienced RNs with 2 years of experience in the specialty hired for. Qualifications/Experience: RN must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current MA RN license required. 1 - 2 years of Emergency RN experience preferred. All newly hired RNs are required to have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or within one year from date of hire. American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required. TNCC preferred. Basic computer EMR proficiency required. All newly hired candidates must successfully complete a job specific physical agility exam.
