Description:

• draw blood

• venipuncture with straight or butterfly needle

• follow correct order of draw

• enter all patient information into EPIC

• process specimen and send out to lab

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Successful completion of a Phlebotomy training program required.

• 6 months phlebotomy experience required
