As an Office Assistant you will:
Lead office-wide administrative tasks: schedule and organize meetings, assemble materials, monitor and reorder office and program supplies, and oversee PON general email and phone line, and other tasks as needed.
Assist the program delivery team by staffing all in-person and some virtual programs, managing program certificates fulfillment.
Provide clerical support for Finance Manager: manage corporate card expenses, assist with invoice processing, help review and reconcile general ledger entries, and other financial tasks as directed.
Support the Event Coordinator with PON Live online events.
Coordinate travel arrangements for PON staff and others as needed.
Support other projects, department-wide initiatives at discretion of program manager and department leadership.

The Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to support the administrative needs and day-to-day affairs of PON. In this role the Office Assistant will interact with all members of the PON and HLS staff and perform duties that fulfill PON’s mission.
