This position will work closely with CRM & Enablers Team members, HUB resources, contracted system enhancement resources, and anyone else affected by CRM enhancements to effectively shepherd all CRM enhancements from the submission of business requirements documents through the delivery of the enhancement and change management materials. You will act as the onwner of all enhancements in OneCRM US collaborating with the technical teams in the Agile process. You will act as project manager, liaison between business and technical teams, and communications lead. The Enhancements Lead makes sure that business requirements are evaluated, prioritized, and turned into enhancements that are accurate and fit-for-use.

This role requires project management experience, pharmaceutical CRM operations experience, agile process experience, as well as experience coordinating project priorities across functions in a multiple stakeholder environment.

The ideal candidate has operational experience with an understanding of the end-to-end processes for pharmaceutical field activities.

You will support the CRM & Enablers Team as a part of the GTMC organization in the US. The CRM & Enablers Team strives to support our business customer facing teams by delivering innovative CRM capabilities that are timely, reliable, accurate, and constantly improving. We focus on our customers, both brand teams and customer facing teams, to adapt our CRM platform and operational systems to meet their needs. Our efforts to streamline and maintain OneCRM US bring value and impact to the organization by reducing the manual workload on our customer facing teams, by providing accurate activity data back to reporting systems, and acting as the nexus of data flow to and from Sanofi data systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM enhancement processes from business requirements to enhancement delivery

  • Proactively collaborate with agile process stakeholders to resolve issues

  • Manage and respond to enhancement requirement/design inquiries

  • Maintain enhancement process documentation; including timelines, procedures, stakeholder contacts, and communication templates

  • Cross functional collaboration across partner GTMC US teams

  • Prepare and present monthly updates to the business in relation to local and global CRM enhancements

  • Own CRM and data integration related enhancements

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university (Project Management Masters or MBA preferred)

  • 5+ years direct experience with CRM operations/Project Management

  • 5+ years of experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Veeva CRM and Agile processes

  • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical requirements

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate timelines, enhancements, impact change management, and technical requirements

  • Experience working and thriving in a matrix environment

  • Ability to leverage networks

Sanofi's Bridgewater, NJ office is scheduled to relocate to Morristown, NJ on or around March 24, 2025 and this role will then be based in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA
