Location: Morristown, NJ

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital R&D Transformation Assistant Intern with a strong interest in supporting our digital transformation initiatives within R&D. This internship role will assist in executing our Transformation agenda. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to our transformation efforts.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Assist in coordinating digital transformation projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely execution

  • Help manage documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up actions for key initiatives

  • Support change management efforts, including training material development and stakeholder engagement

  • Gather and analyze feedback from end users, identifying potential barriers to adoption of our Transformation and recommending solutions.

  • Assist in draftingpresentations, internal communications, newsletters, reports and updates on the transformation progress

  • Help coordinate workshops and training sessions

  • Support the execution of impact assessments and change readiness surveys

About You

*Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship*

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • Strong interest in digital transformation, change management, and stakeholder engagement

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and assess impact

  • Experience with MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) sharepoint, Miro board

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), within the core business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, for 10-12 weeks during the summer months

  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship with Sanofi
