Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity, stability, and availability of business systems by providing primary support.

• Consistently monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate actions as necessary.

• Address and resolve production problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Strictly adhere to and enforce production standards within the organization.

• Effectively process customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.

• Learn and adapt to new skills as required by the role.

• Utilize technical acumen to support operational business systems.

• Work collaboratively with the programming and systems development teams to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively relay technical information to non-technical audiences

• Proven experience in training individuals or groups, with the ability to simplify complex processes

• Understanding of compliance procedures and the ability to ensure adherence to them

• Knowledge of "About Time" software or similar time management tools

• Experience in a production environment, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly

• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and modify queries

• Familiarity with various monitoring tools and their application in a technical support role

• Experience working with suppliers, including managing relationships and resolving disputes

• Programming skills in one or more languages, with a preference for candidates with diverse programming knowledge

• Willingness to work onsite when necessary, and ability to adapt to different work environments

• Knowledge of trading procedures and systems, with experience in a trading environment a plus

• Ability to conduct competitor analysis, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and suggesting improvements

• Experience conducting phone screens, with the ability to assess candidate suitability effectively

• Familiarity with various business systems, with the ability to quickly learn new ones

• Knowledge of enterprise scheduling, with experience in planning and coordinating tasks in a large organization. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
