Job Description:

The Medical Management Unit is specialized department that promotes education, collaboration and innovative practice. Registered Nurses in the unit play an integral role in assisting Newly Licensed Nurses transition into bedside practice. In collaboration with unit leadership and education, colleagues in the MMU pilot initiatives to enhance patient care and support professional growth. In addition to helping Newly Licensed Nurses transition to their role as a Registered Nurse, colleagues in the MMU work with nursing students as they are introduced to bedside nursing practice. The Medical Management Unit is great opportunity to impact novice nurses as they start their careers, and ultimately, enhance patient care.
