Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Creative Project Coordinator for a 9-month contract north of Boston. This is a hybrid, 30 - 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work onsite 2 - 3 days per week. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a high volume of projects across creative, marketing, and production initiatives. This position is designed for a detail-oriented individual with a knack for managing multiple priorities and nuances across creative teams, product data, and stakeholder communications

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee creative workflow, approvals, tracking, and project delivery

• Manage stakeholder communications

• Ensure deliverables meet accuracy and brand standards

• Maintain digital assets and streamline processes

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communication, or related

• 2+ years of project management experience within a marketing/creative environment

• Familiarity with CPG, retail, or eCommerce industries a plus

• Experience using Wrike, Lytho, Trello, or similar project management tool

• Detail-oriented

• Excellent written and verbal communications

• Ability to manage a high volume of work with shifting priorities

• Self-starter

• Excellent organizational skills
