Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is now offering up to a $5,000 in signing bonuses for our RN positions. RN must be licensed with at least one (1) year of RN experience to be eligible for the signing bonus.

Important Details:

• Signing Bonuses are paid out in three payments. You will receive your first payment (one third of the total amount) upon completion of the first 30 days of employment. You will receive the second payment upon completion of six (6) months and the third payment (final of the total amount) owe upon completion of one year following your start date. The bonus payments will be paid on the next regular pay day following the date on which you become eligible for the bonus. All payments are subject to applicable taxes.

• Full time status at LHMC is considered for the schedules greater than or equal to 30 hours per week; part-time is 20-29 hours per week. Roles less than Full-Time will be prorated. Please note, per diem employees are not eligible for the signing bonus.

To Be Eligible:

• Current and former BILH candidates - restrictions apply. Employees within the BILH system are not eligible for the bonus or if you have been employed by a BILH entity within the last 12-months.

• If you leave Lahey Hospital & Medical Center before your first anniversary you will pay back the signing bonus.

• Please note, signing bonuses are subject to change based on the organizations hiring needs and will be determined by Talent Acquisition on an ongoing basis. BILH/LHMC Talent Acquisition reserves the right to change signing bonus eligible jobs and amounts at any time.

Job Description:

Shifts: 07.00-17.30 for orientation- 3 month orientation with a preceptor.

Shift times may vary based on procedural schedule.

Candidate must be flexible.

The Lahey Burlington Interventional Radiology Labs and Interventional Neuro labs are two very busy areas. The Neuro lab has just become stroke certified and is looking to increase volume and establish their emergency response to stroke calls. The IR labs are growing year on year with volume and perform a wide range of procedures.

We are looking for someone with Critical care experience, ACLS trained, able to multitask, flexible, hardworking and able to be a team player.

The labs are fast paced, very innovational which makes both areas an exciting ever learning environment. We have a very close, passionate, hardworking team that doesn’t leave until the job is done and the patients care has been completed.

This job is not for the faint hearted and 100% commitment is expected from the successful candidate.

Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

-Moderate sedation of a patient (airway management).

-Supporting anesthesia for GA cases.

-Maintaining patient safety during all types of Interventional procedures.

-Work closely with the pre and post area to ensure the patients care is seamless

-Document care in the EMR (EPIC experience a plus)

-Willingness to embrace change

-Ability to take call 1 night a week and 1 weekend in 6.

Qualifications:

BSN preferred

Procedural experience required

American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS and BLS required

Excellent communication skills

24-hour coverage on a Weekend rotation with overnight call and holiday coverage
