Signature Healthcare Practice Manager in Brockton, Massachusetts
Under the direction of the Service Line Director, manage the daily operations of specific clinical units. Supervise non-provider staff within assigned units. Ensure effective and efficient patient flow and high standard of customer service. Implement Lean practices within the department. Implement operating policies and procedures required to deliver quality patient care, enhance practice volumes and appropriately manage operating costs as directed by leadership. Assist in management of financials for assigned practices. Implement plans for the provision of cost-effective, high quality health care services for new and existing patients.
3 – 5 years experience in management of physician practice. Multi-site or multi-practice management experience preferred. Bachelors degree preferred. Demonstrated success with continuous improvement; experience working with Lean principles. Word and Excel skills required. Proven ability to generate quality management reports and documents which clearly and concisely communicate information to physicians and management.
