Signature Healthcare is hiring for a Full Time Flex Physical Therapist for Rehab Services in Brockton, MA.
Physical Therapist Roles and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, evaluate each patient referred, completing a full initial evaluation appropriate to patient’s diagnosis according to established procedure and physician order. Make recommendations and develop treatment plans to achieve established goals.
Collaborate as a member of the patient care team
Provide supervision to COTAs as needed.
Provide clinical supervision to affiliating students under guidelines established by the participating educational institutions. May participate in the mentoring program.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Candidate must be Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist.
BLS Certified
