In this position, you'll have the rewarding responsibility of coordinating inpatient and ambulatory procedures within 26 ORs- ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Your duties will include:

• Crafting comprehensive daily surgical schedules

• Liaising with departmental schedulers and multidisciplinary teams to gather necessary information, and ensuring accurate record-keeping on our hospital systems.

• Collaborate closely with nursing and anesthesiology staff to optimize scheduling procedures and enhance efficiency in our surgical suites.

  In addition to these vital tasks, you'll be a key point of contact for patients, families, and hospital staff, providing exceptional customer service and support. We value your ability to communicate effectively and handle challenging situations with empathy.

  To thrive in this role, you'll need :

• High school diploma or GED, bachelor's degree preferred

• Preferred 2 years of healthcare administrative experience

• Preferred surgical scheduling preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and effective communication

  Schedule: M-F 7-3:30 or 8-4:30
