Job Requirements:
Valid license in the state of MA
Must be fully vaccinated per MA regulations
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as required.
Conduct regular rounds to ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the management team, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
