Performing and assisting with both invasive and non-invasive ambulatory procedures, diagnostic testing and therapeutic treatments of urological issues.
Providing supportive diagnostic evaluation and patient education in the management of various urological issues including dysfunctional voiding, incontinence and neurogenic bladder.
Providing care and working with nursing and the Urology physician team in the pediatric Urology and Urodynamic procedural area in Boston with potential rotation to the satellite sites.
Participate in phone triage providing patient education and chart review and intake health history.
Working collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team, which includes CAs, RNs, NPs, PAs, Physicians and administrative support staff).
To qualify, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
A minimum of 2+ years of RN experience. (3-5 years preferred).
Pediatric Urology experience preferred.
Ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
Excellent computer skills, communication and organization.
Ability to work autonomously (as part of the larger team) and possess strong decision making skills.
Ability to work 32 hours/week, no weekends.
