This Staff Nurse will be responsible for:

  • Attending to the full range of human experiences and responses to health and illness, without restriction, to a problem focus orientation.

  • Appling scientific knowledge to the process of diagnosis and treatment.

  • Providing a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing.

  • Adhering to the Board of Registration in Nursing rules and regulations such as: ANA scope and standards of pediatric nursing and the ANA code of ethics for nursing and other regulatory stipulations.

  • Procedural sedation in addition to routine clinic responsibilities.

  • Assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation for a complex patient population.

  • Primary work would be in the Boston clinic with routine rotation to the Waltham clinic.

To qualify, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

  • 2 years recent acute care nursing experience required.

  • Good interpersonal skills and collaborative practice required.

  • Pediatric and sedation experience is preferred.

  • Ideal candidate is an RN who learns quickly and is capable of being flexible.

Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to organizational needs
