Description:

Our industry-leading client is looking for a Project/Program Manager to help with overseeing and coordinating smaller programs or specific phases of a larger programs to ensure that designated activities are executed in alignment with the program's goals. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, self-starter and has the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $30 hourly W2

Duration: 12+ month Contract

Responsibilities:

· Experience assessing needs and coordinating resources to enhance existing programs

· Experience monitoring the progress of program components to ensure the overall goals, schedules, and benefits of the program will be met

· Strong ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and generate solutions

· Experience managing budgets

Experience Requirements:

· Self-starter with excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and coordinate work across multiple functions

· Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Education Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
