Aston Carter Project/Program Manager I in Boston, Massachusetts
Description:
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including end-to-end deployment order management, handling Problem Service Reports, providing post-deployment support, managing internal material requisitions, and troubleshooting delivery and supply gaps.
The role requires a proactive and motivated self-starter who is passionate about operational processes, capable of analyzing trends, and recommending as well as implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for technology and a drive to elevate operational standards. They should also demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, sound judgment, and a keen attention to detail, all while actively supporting and fostering a culture of inclusion within the team.
In this role, the Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple Deployment Engineering projects simultaneously. The manager will collaborate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure site health readiness and will communicate this readiness to customers. Additionally, the role involves resolving and troubleshooting customer ticket issues, addressing system deficiencies, and driving operational excellence by contributing to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). The Deployment Order Manager will also play a crucial role in contributing to process improvements, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives in partnership with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.
As a Supply Chain Project Manager you will:
Manage Deployment Engineering orders for multiple projects at a time.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal/external stakeholders on site health readiness and maintain high bar of delivery excellence.
• Execute Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches; resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues.
• Present confidently to Amazon executives as well as other large audiences.
• Drive operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive OM process improvements, cost optimization and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
• Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• 3+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or MBA
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
•Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
