IQVIA Project Lead, Oncology Nurse Educator - National - 2629797 in Boston, Massachusetts

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Project Lead to join our team of over 10,000 global field employees representing our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. In this role you will be supporting MorphoSys in their educational needs for a product utilized in the oncology specialty. Project Leader

The Project Leader in this role will be responsible for building and managing a Hematology/Oncology clinical educator team, managing budgets, act as a liaison with our customer in developing project strategy and direction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Nursing, required.

  • Active Nursing license in good standing required.

  • Minimum of five years of Hematology and/or Oncology experience preferred.

  • Equivalent work experience in project management required.

  • Three years management experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.

  • Pharmaceutical industry product launch experience required.

  • Demonstrates experience with strategic initiative, managing change and developing nursing programs preferred.

  • Financial experience such as monitoring budgets and managing asset allocation preferred.

  • National travel – 75% required

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire and coach team to success

  • Demonstrated ability to display regional leadership, performance management and career planning

  • Demonstrated business acumen, customer and marketplace expertise

  • Ability to work as a team player

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, salary range is displayed - Salary Pay Range: $152,440 - $206,000
