We provide advanced treatments including brain cooling, the latest ventilation techniques, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), and sophisticated surgical approaches (such as mandibular distraction) not currently available elsewhere. Highly skilled and committed nurses and physicians treat every infant as if they were their own while also encouraging parent and family involvement. Family-centered rounds provides family members the opportunity to meet regularly with the multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, social workers, occupational and physical therapists, nutritionists, pediatric surgeons and other experts involved in the treatment plan.
