Product Manager - PharmacyPosition Overview
This role is responsible for managing a set of software teams and projects within the Software segment of the Pharmacy Business unit. This role works closely with customers and internal stakeholders who provide feedback and guidance to helps this role set the direction of the product. The direction of the product is managed via a product backlog and roadmap.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Assessing industry trends and directing those appropriate to be developed and implemented.
Analyzing customer needs and demands and directing those appropriate to be developed and implemented.
Communicating product changes to stakeholders
A leadership role in helping Development teams through impediments in their daily work.
Holding weekly meetings to keep up with backlog grooming.
Assisting with conflict resolution when dealing with customers and other vendors.
Work closely with the technology Architecture team to ensure that the designs stay within the overall PDX architecture for each system.\
The job has day to day final authority for the development work for a sprint team, ensuring that the development work fits within the change healthcare pharmacy roadmap.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
5+ years of pharmacy experience.
2-3 years as an Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst or product –adjacent experience.

How much should I expect to travel?
