Medcor is looking to hire a Phlebotomist to work in an employer based, workplace clinic setting in Boston, MA. The clinic operates 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.


Since this is on an as needed basis there are no guaranteed hours. If you have the availability to pick up an occasional shift we invite you to apply.

The position’s responsibilities include: phlebotomy for assigned patients under the direction of the clinic manager, supply ordering, and scheduling.

A typical day in the life of a Phlebotomist:

  • Provide superior customer service to Medcor's client and employees

  • Perform phlebotomy services

  • Assess & treat injuries and illnesses following Medcor's evidence-based patient care guidelines

  • Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools

  • General administrative duties

You Must

  • Be able to operationally lead and support a clinic team

  • Have valid unrestricted phlebotomy license and current CPR/BLS certification

  • Have a positive and outgoing personality

  • Be willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service

  • Have two years’ experience that demonstrates you meet the criteria listed above

You Should

  • Be comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment

  • Be comfortable and productive working with computers and EMR software

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills – with patients, clients and colleagues

  • Love what you do and be able to have fun at work
