The Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for:

  • Supporting our Community Based Acute Treatment (CBAT) center in Waltham.

  • Scheduling appointments or procedures.

  • Receiving and/or registering patients, visitors and staff for admissions.

  • Ordering supplies and nutrition.

  • Helping with daily maintenance of payroll.

  • Collecting, verifying, and recording required information.

  • Obtaining records, files and/or results for appointments/admissions and entering related information on hospital & departmental computer systems.

  • Answering, screening and routing telephone calls.

  • Performing general office support tasks such as opening and sorting mail, ordering supplies and maintaining logs & records.

To qualify, you must have:

  • A High school level education.

  • 1 – 2 years of previous work experience.

  • The ability to interpret data and take appropriate action.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
