This Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support for the Inpatient Neuroscience Unit.

  • Interfacing with patients/families and staff to triage requests for information and services.

  • Organizing medical records, information, materials and supplies.

  • Serving as liaison to resolve equipment, supply, cleaning and safety issues.

  • Accessing hospital and department systems to enter and retrieve information.

  • Monitoring daily operations and communicating with clinicians and/or supervisor to maintain efficient patient/visitor flow.

  • Responding to requests for information and assistance, and providing general office support as required.

  • Providing positive and effective customer service and contributing to teamwork within and between departments.

To qualify, you must have:

  • A high school level of education, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.

  • Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

  • The ability to interpret data and take appropriate action.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and analytic skills.

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office.

Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to organizational needs.

Schedule: 8 Hours per week. 7AM- 3:30PM (Every Other Weekend/ Every Other Holiday)
