The Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and greeting visitors and staff for admissions.

  • Collecting, verifying, and recording required information.

  • Entering related information on hospital & departmental computer systems in a timely manner.

  • Answering, screening and routing telephone calls.

  • Performing unit support tasks such maintaining logs & records, updating bedside information and opening/sorting mail.

  • Assisting nursing with administrative tasks.

To qualify, you must have:

  • High school level education.

  • 1 – 2 years of previous work experience.

  • The ability to interpret data and take appropriate action.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Healthcare experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
