CACI International Paralegal - Boston, MA in Boston, Massachusetts
Provide all paralegal/legal assistant services required to perform tasks in support of the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) by providing direct assistance to Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs) and other USAO personnel.
Perform moderately complex litigation support tasks, such as, review and analysis of case material in a broad range of subject matters such as financial records, health care materials and other litigation files.
Create detailed index of case files; draft procedures for accomplishing litigation support assignments.
Perform document acquisition related tasks; screen for privilege documents; conduct database searches; and performing e-discovery culling.
Proofread and edit deliverable products.
Additional responsibilities may include; the preparation of narrative summaries, charts, tables, graphs, or other visual aids to be used at motion hearings, trials and sentencing hearings.
Ability to work in an office setting; some walking, standing, bending and carrying of small office items is required. There may be a need to work overtime depending on work and caseload.
Computer skills and ability to use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access or other data bases, MS Word and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Perform legal research using Lexis/Nexis and/or West Law.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to enter and retrieve data from databases.
Ability to prepare and edit reports and correspondence using word processing software.
Required Education: Undergraduate degree is preferred
