Performing primary care visits (including histories, exams, and anticipatory guidance) directed primarily at infants in our CHPCC (Longwood) location
Offering expert guidance for staff on the care of the newborn.
Working closely with our MD Medical Director and our population coordinator on projects related to ensuring high quality care for infants
Assisting with care coordination for patients entering the practice
Assessing and caring for all age patients in our Urgent Care center.
To qualify, you must have:
MSN and Licensed Nurse Practitioner.
Newborn experience, and 2-5 years of Primary Care/ Urgent Care experience.
Spanish speaking preferred.
