Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to provide care to children, adolescents and adults with pain in the inpatient setting.
Developing, recommending and implementing internal standards, policies and procedures to improve quality and cost‑effectiveness of patient care.
Participating in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees and special projects.
12 hour shifts Day/night rotating with every 4th weekend.
To qualify, you must have:
An MSN and Massachusetts license as Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner.
3-5 years’ experience in a pediatric setting, ideally with a pediatric intensive care background.
Meticulous attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills, and superb collaborative skills
