Job Description

Nurse Clinical Educator (Immunology) IL, IN, MI, OH & PA

Join us as a Nurse Clinical Educator focused on our Immunology team covering our Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania territory. As a Nurse Clinical Educator working on the Patient Services team, you will be empowered to play a key role in educating healthcare professionals (post script), OnePath consented patients, and caregivers on Takeda products covering our IL, IN, MI, OH & PA

How you will contribute:

  • Provide clinical and professional expertise to internal and external customers.

  • Interact with healthcare professionals, patients, and advocacy organizations on Takeda’s products.

  • Develop effective partnerships with customers by providing current, in-depth, clinical information on both product and disease state.

  • Provide feedback and insights to cross-functional partners including Matrix Team partners and respective leaders within Patient Services.

  • Develop and maintain expertise in respective disease states and Takeda therapies. The CE will have a broad understanding of the disease state community, including perspectives of patients, advocacy groups, payers and healthcare professionals.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of pertinent activity in the CRM platform.

  • Demonstrate compliance with internal procedures, process, and Takeda’s cultural values.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and current RN license

  • Minimum 5 plus years of experience Immunology field.

  • Home Infusion and/or Infusion Center experience

  • Demonstrated ability to develop deep, effective working rapport to foster collaboration, and consultative relationship with Healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with cross functional partners.

  • Effective communication skills, including formal slide presentations.

  • Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills in the healthcare environment.

  • Superior organizational and time management skills.

  • Previous industry experience preferred.

  • Ability to travel 60-70% of the time.


  • Current RN license


  • 60-70% domestic travel covering IL, IN, MI, OH & PA Territory.
