Nurse Care Manager I/II/Sr. Maternity (Job Family)
Your knowledge and enthusiasm for the health support and education of pregnant mothers and their babies is just what we

We currently have two Full Time and one Part Time Position available as a telephonic Maternity Nurse Care Manager.
The work schedule will be 20 or 40 hours/week. Hours of work will be either Hours will be 12:30 - 9, 2:30 - 11, or 7-11, EST. based on
business need. Also, there is a required every 3rd Saturday rotation.
Location: This is a telecommute position anywhere in the US. Prefer candidates to live within 60 miles of an Anthem office
location and in a compact nursing license state.
This position requires an on-line pre-employment skills assessment. The assessment is free of charge and can be taken
from any PC with Internet access. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted via email with
instructions. In order to move forward in the process, you must complete the assessment within 48 hours of receipt and
meet the criteria.

This exciting program focuses on the primary goals of:
Helping to lower the incidence of preterm births
Helping to decrease occurrence of low birth weight infants and NICU admissions * Helping to improve the ability of
pregnant women to recognize signs and symptoms of complications and empower them to seek medical attention if
- Helping to reinforce and support the physician's plan of care and improve adherence to prenatal and postpartum
- Offer assistance with any antenatal or postpartum depression concerns through referral to our Behavioral Health
Position qualifications include:
*Current, unrestricted RN license from the applicable state of residence. Prefer that the candidate reside in Nurse
Licensure Compact State;
*Ability to be licensed in multiple states on a timely basis;
*Minimum of 3 years, recent clinical obstetrics experience, including high-risk antepartum;
*Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong computer literacy knowledge and skills;
*Private home office dedicated to Anthem, Inc. work with high-speed cable or fiber optic internet connection;
*CCM certification is desired.
