MEDICAL RECORDS ASSISTANT II
Job Description:
Ability to understand spoken English in order to follow basic safety instructions and take direction from supervisors; communicate effectively in basic English with patients, families and medical center staff in response to routine questions.
Ability to comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with medical center staff, patients, families and external customers.
Ability to comprehend and communicate complex verbal information in English to medical center staff, patients, families and external customers.
Ability to verbally communicate complex concepts in English and address sensitive situations, resolve conflicts, negotiate, motivate and persuade others.
Knowledge: Indicate the depth and breadth of knowledge in the job field or specialty that is required to perform the primary responsibilities of this job effectively. Please check the most appropriate option.
