Philips IR/CV Clinical Education Delivery Consultant (East District) in Boston, Massachusetts

Your passion for improving lives will shine in this role! You’ll be responsible for leading the clinical delivery of DI/IGT (Diagnostic Imaging/Imaging Guided Therapy) education for our customers . You will be providing basic through intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics throughout the East District.

  • For this one we are seeking candidates within the greater New England area: Portsmouth NH, Boston, MA, Portland, Maine or Burlington, VT.

  • Deliver engaging on-site Clinical Services solutions, education, and training

  • Take care to ensure site readiness through collaboration with local sales, service and CPM teams Provide the highest-level customer experience for on-site training and customer communication.

  • Take a leadership role in the personal ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Continually and Effectively communicate project status, issues and delays with internal teams and build communication among learners, encouraging collaboration.

  • Gain complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality. Advanced proficiency in areas of specialization.

  • Works on problems of a diverse scope.

  • Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

  • Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions.

  • You are a road warrior! This job involves 75% travel throughout the zone and occasionally Nationally, as needed. May require night and weekend coverage on occasion.

You’re the right fit if

  • You’ve acquired at least 5 years of Cath or IR clinical experience.

  • MUST: Maintain professional credential (Registered Technologist with ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) ( current credential to be considered)

  • Advanced certification in at least one of the following: Cardiovascular interventional radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional radiography (CI), Vascular interventional radiography (VI) OR RCIS OR the ability to obtain that advanced certification within the first year of employment, is required.

  • You have your Certificate or Associate’s Degree. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification is also preferred.

  • We strongly prefer you have experience as clinical preceptor providing education.

  • You are customer service focused! You have the ability to customers' education needs and are able to create learning objectives based on those needs.

  • You have effective communication skills - verbal and written, time management and organizational skills.

  • You have proficient computer skills

  • You possess a valid driver's license

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $80500 to 138000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Additional Information

For this one we are seeking candidates within the greater New England area: Portsmouth NH, Boston, MA, Portland, Maine or Burlington, VT. Candidates must reside in a city within their territory that holds the majority of their customer base and be located near a major (non-regional) airport (within 1 hours drive) to be considered.
