Description: Our client in Boston, MA is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Service Desk, other PC Technicians, and experienced technicians to understand PC support needs.

• Resolve escalated calls in the Call Tracking system and take primary responsibility for PC support, including primary computers.

• Provide hands-on and remote PC support services and offer expertise when requested by peers and clients.

• Load base images on PCs and lead or participate in hardware and software deployments.

• Follow hardware and software procurement usage guidelines and manage printing issues for both local and network printers.

• Ensure completion of assigned incidents and tasks, maintain proper communication with clients, and reconcile client demand for services with available resources.

• Record all support activities for accurate measurement of work performed.

Top Skills:

1. 2+ years Desktop Support experience

2. Windows 10, O365, TEAMs troubleshooting

3. Hardware break/fix, deployments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
