We are seeking a highly motivated, full-time Clinical Research Assistant in Computational Neuroscience, to work on a project that will investigate the development of functional brain networks in early life, using both non-invasive and invasive human electrophysiological (EEG) recordings.

This Clinical Research Assistant II will be responsible for:

  • The analysis of several large EEG datasets as well as behavioral data.

  • Data preparation, signal analysis, Matlab programming and basic statistical analysis.

  • Opportunities to work closely with both basic and clinical scientists and physicians at Boston Children's Hospital, as well as computer scientists at the Harvard Medical School Research Computing.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelor of Science in degree in Neuroscience, Biological Engineering, Electrical Engineering (focus on Signal Processing) or Physics and a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in Matlab programming.

  • Interest in medicine (with a focus on the brain) and data analysis.
