Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily clinical and administrative operations of designated unit/program/service.
Preparing staff schedules, requests and allocates resources and facilitates coordination of care/services to meet patient care and operations requirements.
Developing, recommending and implementing internal standards, policies and procedures to improve quality and cost effectiveness of patient care.
Selecting, supervising and evaluating nursing and clinical support personnel and developing and providing staff education/development programs.
Leading and participating in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees and special projects.
Acting as reporting manager to 16 staff of RNs and Clinical Assistants

Common conditions among our patient population include: Cystic Fibrosis, asthma, BPD, sleep apnea.
To qualify, you must have:
BSN required.
MSN preferred.
MA RN license required.
4-5 years of RN experience required.
Leadership experience strongly preferred.
Experience in Pulmonary preferred but not required.
This position may be 5-8s or 4- 10 hour shifts/week. Office/Site Location:BostonRegular, Temporary, Per Diem:Regular Remote Eligibility :Onsite Only
