Reporting to the OR Director, as part of a multi-person management team supporting 24X7 Main OR operations and scheduling.
Assuming leadership responsibility for selected services and act as charge nurse as needed on both evening and day shift.
Overseeing patient care and operations requirements on a daily basis.
Maintaining clinical competency in all responsible service areas in the circulating role.
Managing and evaluating 20+ staff.
To qualify, you must have:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN).
A minimum of 5 years of Operating Room experience.
Leadership experience preferred.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Effective communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
