Shared oversight of daily clinical operations for Boston and satellite locations in collaboration with Co-Clinical Coordinator colleague and the Outpatient Cardiology multidisciplinary leadership team.
Hiring, orientation, professional development and annual evaluations of RN staff
Ensuring staff and unit readiness for regulatory visits
Maintaining standards for patient safety and quality of care and ensuring exceptional patient and family experience
Reviewing SERs
Addressing topics that arise around patient and family satisfaction
Working 40 hours per week: four, 10 hour shifts Monday through Friday
To qualify, you must have:
Bachelor of Science Nursing
BLS and PALS certifications
5 years of acute care pediatric RN experience with leadership responsibilities.
Pediatric cardiac RN experience and charge nurse experience preferred
