Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a full-time Catering Sales Coordinator to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. What will you do?

• Respond to inquiries and providing information about catering services

• Meet with potential clients to understand their event needs and budget

• Prepare and sending proposals, contracts, and event orders

• Follow up with clients to confirm details and close sales

• Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and generating new business

• Coordinate menu selections, event logistics, and special requests with clients

• Communicate event details to the culinary and service teams

• Ensure all events comply with company policies, health regulations, and client expectations

• Assist in scheduling and staffing for catered events

• Manage bookings, contracts, and deposits

• Keeping track of event costs and ensuring billing accuracy

• Update and maintain customer databases and sales records

• Prepare reports on sales performance and event feedback

• Act as liaison with vendors, venues, and other service providers

• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, kitchen, and service teams

• Troubleshoot any last-minute issues that arise during events

• Other duties as assigned by management

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Minimum of 1 year of sales, administrative, or coordinator experience required

• Ability to work event hours including some holidays, weekends, and evenings

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time and occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and kneel
