Description:

Are you a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for driving operational efficiency? Our client,a leading healthcare provider,is seeking a Business Process Advisor to support key initiatives and lead business process improvement projects.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $25 - $33 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives by assessing the impact of technology changes on business processes.

  • Lead the development of future-state business processes and drive operational changes.

  • Manage business process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Deliver formal training on process excellence and mentor teams in continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Provide internal management consulting, offering unbiased assessments and strategic recommendations to leadership.

  • Align process improvements with enterprise goals and contribute to process standardization, best practices, and department enhancements.

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business processes, process improvement, and operational strategy.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.

  • Ability to analyze current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with executives and stakeholders.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience required.

  • 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
