Primary Function
Assistant Registrar in the Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (CAMED) is a member of the CAMED Registrar's Office.
Payrate: $32.68/hour
Duties & Responsibilities
This role supports the front office, including answering the phone, responding to email, and helping students who walk in.
The Assistant Registrar will fulfill records requests, producing transcripts and enrollment verifications, complete forms, manage enrollment requests, and review applicants for visiting rotations for eligibility.
Skills & Qualifications
- Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail, strong technical skills, practice professional communication, and strong customer service skills.
Education & Experience
A bachelor's degree and experience working with diverse populations is a strong plus.
1 to 3 years of related experience.
