Boston University ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, School of Medicine, Hematology & Med Oncology in BOSTON, Massachusetts
The Amyloidosis Center at Boston University School of Medicine, established in 1960, is unique in its combination of basic and clinical research, and patient care. The Center is currently is seeking an administrative coordinator to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. The responsibilities of this position are to assist the Program Director in the daily operations of a clinical/research office and to work closely with the Amyloidosis Center clinical and research teams. Major duties will include but not limited to: general office work i.e. answering phones, contacting patients, filing, clinical/research database entry and queries, social media, and website maintenance.
Required Skills
We are looking for a professional, conscientious, enthusiastic and organized individual with 1-3 years of related experience
Bachelors Degree preferred
Computer experience with skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access and WordPress required
Must be able to communicate well with patients, physicians, family members, and coworkers in a fast-paced office environment
