$60/hour for local candidates (40 hours/week)

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to help with assessments, triage, intake, and health screenings at a Correctional facility in Massachusetts.

Location: Billerica, MA

Duration: 26 weeks to start, but strong chance of extension

Facility Type: County Corrections

Candidates will be trained based on their individual needs, but 6 months of relevant experience is highly preferred (psych, long term care, corrections, etc). This is a great opportunity for both fresh and tenured healthcare professionals looking to gain experience working with a vulnerable population.

All openings are 5 8 hour shifts/week:

11p-7a, Tues-Sat

3p-11p, Tues-Sat

3p-11p, Sun-Thurs

Job description: You will be responding to basic health needs of incarcerated individuals in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Responsibilities include triaging, med administration, and documentation.

Travel Contracts are available for those whose primary residence is 50 miles or more outside of the worksite address.
