RN Staff Team Leader - Emergency - No WEEKENDS -36 hours, night shift, cross campus required with differentials

Job Description:

The Team Leader role is a leadership position in Patient Care Services. Directs and provides developmentally appropriate nursing care to patients. Demonstrates a commitment to and performs in accordance with the philosophy, established policies, procedures, and standards of the Nursing Division and the Hospital. Acts as a role model to staff members, promoting excellence in patient care. Is able to effectively manage team work concept. Remains flexible in response to changes.

Full-time, night shift, 36 hours a week, NO WEEKENDS. Cross Campus required with differentials. Holiday rotation required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Previous experience and BSN preferred.

Current Massachusetts RN licensure required

BCLS, ACLS, PALS required.
