Job Description:

Is responsible for compliance with all standards, policies and procedures related to the scope of the LPN practice in delivery of patient care under the direction of the RN. Is responsible for all patient care personally administered during his/her shift. Promotes team work among co-workers, physicians and other healthcare team members. Is responsible for the quality of own work and remains flexible in response to change. Performs all other duties as assigned.36 hours per week, evening shift, every other weekend and rotating holidays required


Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program

Previous behavioral health/substance abuse experience preferredMOAB, CPI, or AVADE training preferredMulti-skilled training


Current Massachusetts LPN licensure

BLS required
